Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original anti-static packaging, including all cables, adapters, and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Elprotronic

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship the unit via a tracked carrier to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware functionality and condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 business days.
